Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Generally, it takes 3 to 7 days to process an order before it is shipped.
The shipping duration depends on your location and can be estimated at 3 to 4 business days.
The shoes originate from our manufacturing in China, so they will take approximately 2-3 weeks to reach you.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Please get in touch with us at contact@doodlesandsaffron.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you with this unfortunate issue.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions regarding your tracking or shipment, please email us at contact@doodlesandsaffron.com.
I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize that the product you ordered arrived damaged.
To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at contact@doodlesandsaffron.com within one week of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order. We will respond promptly with a resolution!
Please Note: Doodles and Saffron is not responsible if you enter the wrong address at checkout. Please carefully review the shipping address. We will not issue refunds if you enter the wrong address.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchange Policy
We are more than happy to exchange any piece of clothing or shoes for a different size of the product you ordered.
Please return the original item within 14 days. Once we receive it and check it for damages or signs of wear, we will promptly send you the new item in the new size. Please note that we will not exchange the item if it shows any signs of wear or tear or if 14 days have passed since you received it.
When exchanging an item, you will only be charged shipping for the item you wish to exchange to the address below.
Return Policy
We are more than happy to accept returns on any item, except for mugs and water bottles. To get a full refund for those items, you must return them to Doodles and Saffron within 14 days from the date you received the package.
We do not issue refunds on mugs and water bottles, as they cannot be resold once shipped due to hygiene reasons. However, if the mug or water bottle arrives damaged, you can file a claim within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please send photos of the damage to contact@doodlesandsaffron.com. After the fourteen days, we will not issue a refund or send out a new item.
After the 14-day period has passed, we cannot issue a refund. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for items that exhibit signs of wear, tear, or damage not caused by shipping or a manufacturer's error. If the product is damaged due to shipping or a manufacturing mistake, please email a picture of the damage to contact@doodlesandsaffron and indicate whether you would like a refund or the same item shipped to you free of charge. You have fourteen days to request a refund or have the same item shipped to you. Your refund will be issued once the item is received and verified to be in original condition.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost to the address below.
