Welcome to Doodles and Saffron. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.doodlesandsaffron.com and purchases made from Doodles and Saffron LLC (“Doodles and Saffron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded, restricted, or waived.

2. Eligibility
Our online store is intended for individuals who are legally able to enter into a binding transaction or who are making a purchase with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Our website is not directed to children under 13. Individuals under 13 should not submit personal information through our website.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product photographs, descriptions, colors, dimensions, sizing, materials, and other product information. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor settings, manufacturing process, materials, and other factors. Measurements and product details may also vary slightly due to manufacturing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to correct errors or inaccuracies on the website.
4. Made-to-Order Products
All Doodles and Saffron products are made to order unless otherwise stated. We do not maintain traditional inventory for these products. Production generally begins after an order is submitted. Because products are made on demand, customers should carefully review the product, design, color, size, quantity, shipping address, and contact information before completing checkout. Made-to-order status does not limit or remove any cancellation, return, refund, replacement, repair, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived or excluded in the customer’s jurisdiction.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, fulfillment limitations, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide an appropriate refund for the affected order or item.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because products are made to order and production may begin shortly after checkout, orders generally cannot be canceled or changed after they are placed. This may include changes to the size, color, product, quantity, or shipping address. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. This policy does not limit any cancellation or modification right that applicable consumer law requires us to provide.
7. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product type, production location, order volume, high-demand periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
8. Shipping
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia. Estimated U.S. delivery is generally 3–4 business days after processing. Shoes produced overseas generally have an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 8–15 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and product type and may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Australia
Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $14.99 USD. Processing and delivery times for Australian orders vary by product type. Certain products are not available to ship to Australia, as described below.
9. International Product Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship fabric markers outside the United States.In addition, pillows and backpacks are not available for shipping to Australia. Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable product and destination restrictions before placing an order.If an order contains an item that cannot be shipped to the selected destination, we may cancel the affected item or order and provide an appropriate refund.
10. Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order ships. Tracking information is supplied by the applicable carrier and may take time to update.
11. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address entered at checkout. Please ensure that your address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may be unable to change it after the order has entered production or fulfillment. Doodles and Saffron is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Lost, Stolen, and Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or other appropriate delivery locations. Doodles and Saffron is generally not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address supplied with the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise. 13. Delayed Packages
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, transportation disruptions, production issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact contact@doodlesandsaffron.com, and we will assist you.
14. International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to taxes, customs charges, import duties, brokerage fees, GST, VAT, or similar governmental charges. Unless such charges are collected at checkout or applicable law requires otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
United Kingdom
VAT may be collected at checkout where applicable. Orders entering the United Kingdom may also be subject to applicable customs, VAT, duty, or import requirements depending on the value and circumstances of the shipment. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights available to UK consumers.
Australia
Australian orders may be subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental charges. Unless such charges are collected at checkout or applicable law requires otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. The $14.99 USD Australian shipping charge does not include additional taxes, duties, customs charges, GST, or similar governmental fees unless expressly stated at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
15. Sizing
Customers should review the applicable product size chart before purchasing. Most items are intended to fit according to the sizing information displayed with the product. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized fit, consider the sizing guidance shown on the applicable product page. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred size, subject to our exchange policy and applicable consumer rights.
16. Returns
We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery under our voluntary return policy. To qualify under this policy, the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery, the item must be unused and unworn, and the item must be in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. This return policy applies to eligible international orders, including orders shipped to Australia.To begin a return, email: contact@doodlesandsaffron.com. Suggested subject line: RETURN ADDRESS NEEDED. Do not send a return without receiving return instructions. Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our error or a qualifying defective product.
17. Exchanges
Eligible clothing and shoes may be exchanged for a different size when an exchange is requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is required because we sent an incorrect or defective item or applicable law provides otherwise. This policy also applies to eligible Australian orders. Because products are made to order, replacement availability and processing times may vary.
18. Drinkware
For health and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept voluntary returns of mugs, tumblers, or water bottles. This exclusion does not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and it does not limit any statutory right or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:contact@doodlesandsaffron.comPlease include your order number, photographs clearly showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem. After reviewing the claim, we may offer an appropriate replacement or refund. Nothing in this section limits any longer period, remedy, consumer guarantee, or other protection that applicable law requires us to provide.
20. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after the applicable return is received and inspected, unless otherwise required by law. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears. Under our voluntary return policy, we may decline a refund for products showing signs of wear, use, damage caused after delivery, alteration, or improper care. This does not affect rights relating to products that were faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.
21. UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights regarding online purchases, cancellation, faulty goods, refunds, repairs, replacements, and other remedies. These rights may apply in addition to our voluntary return policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK law. Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer-protection requirement applicable to your purchase, the mandatory legal requirement controls.
22. Canadian Consumer Rights
Canadian customers may have additional rights under applicable federal or provincial consumer-protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
23. Australian Consumer Rights
Australian customers may have rights and remedies under applicable Australian consumer-protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. Our voluntary 14-day return and exchange policies are provided in addition to any rights or remedies available under applicable Australian consumer law. Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer-protection requirement applicable to an Australian customer’s purchase, the mandatory legal requirement controls.
24. Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment options displayed at checkout. Payment options may include services such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Availability may vary by customer, location, device, and checkout configuration. Payment providers may impose their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
25. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout. We may change prices at any time before an order is submitted.If a material pricing error occurs, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel and refund the affected transaction where permitted by law.
26. Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout unless otherwise stated. We generally cannot apply a discount code retroactively after an order has been completed. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order. Codes may have expiration dates or eligibility restrictions, may be limited to one use per customer, and may exclude certain products. Discounts have no cash value. We reserve the right to cancel or restrict a promotion in cases of error, fraud, misuse, or abuse, subject to applicable law.
27. Affiliate and Ambassador Codes
Doodles and Saffron may provide promotional codes to approved affiliates, ambassadors, creators, or other partners. The person sharing a code may receive compensation, commissions, products, discounts, or other benefits. Affiliates, ambassadors, and creators are responsible for making any legally required advertising, sponsorship, or affiliate disclosures. Additional program terms may apply.
28. PR, Ambassador, Affiliate, and Creator Programs
Participation in Doodles and Saffron’s PR, ambassador, affiliate, or creator programs is subject to approval and may be subject to additional terms. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, free products, compensation, commissions, reposting, or a continuing partnership. These programs are not open to children under 13. Applicants ages 13–17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by us or applicable law. We may discontinue or modify a program or an individual’s participation subject to any applicable agreement and applicable law.
29. Reviews
We welcome honest customer reviews. By submitting a review, you represent that your submission reflects your genuine experience and does not knowingly contain unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious material. We will not require customers to waive rights to provide honest reviews or opinions protected by applicable law.
30. User-Generated Content
If you submit photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, social-media posts, or other content directly to us for promotional use, or expressly give Doodles and Saffron permission to use such content, you grant Doodles and Saffron LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, adapt for formatting, distribute, and use the authorized content for our website, social media, advertising, email, and other brand marketing, subject to the scope of the permission provided. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to authorize our use of the content. If content prominently features a minor, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian or otherwise have appropriate authority and permission to authorize the submitted use. Additional written UGC, creator, affiliate, ambassador, or promotional terms may apply where provided.
31. Social-Media Giveaways and Promotions
We may periodically conduct giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions through social media or other channels. Each promotion may be governed by separate official rules specifying eligibility, entry requirements, deadlines, prize information, and other conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the social-media platform on which it appears. Where separate official rules conflict with these general Terms regarding a particular promotion, the official rules govern that promotion.
32. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, including Doodles and Saffron artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, text, product designs, logos, branding, and other materials owned by Doodles and Saffron, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or with our written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit our protected content.
33. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website to commit fraud, violate applicable law, interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, unlawfully scrape or harvest personal information, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent reviews or applications, abuse discounts or promotions, or engage in activity intended to harm Doodles and Saffron, our customers, or our service providers.
34. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their independent terms, policies, availability, security, or practices.
35. Website Availability
We attempt to keep our website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.
36. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, guarantees, statutory rights, consumer guarantees, or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
37. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Doodles and Saffron LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability, statutory guarantees, or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
38. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Doodles and Saffron LLC harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
39. Governing Law
Except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes concerning them are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Colorado. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory legal rights or remedies available in the consumer’s jurisdiction where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not require mandatory arbitration under these Terms.
40. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, products, services, shipping markets, website, or legal obligations. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date of the revised Terms unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Last Updated date at the top of these Terms will identify the most recent revision.
41. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
42. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms presented for a particular program, promotion, product, or purchase, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Doodles and Saffron regarding use of our website and services.
